AV Projects Assistant

Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 depending on experience

The Role
The position will see you play a significant role working alongside the Directors, Senior Project Managers and Hire Managers. You will be involved in every aspect of the delivery phase providing technical and administrative support that will cover a number of tasks including technical delivery, crew and equipment resource management, logistics and travel. As you grow into the role you will naturally gain more responsibility which will see you managing clients and having further influence on the event delivery process

About You
You may currently be a technician looking for a route into project management or an experienced coordinator also looking for the same avenue. Either way you are technically knowledgeable, have an excellent level of communication and a professional approach to your work. You have a confident manner and you are not phased about working in the fast, demanding and rewarding environment associated with the events sector

AV technician

Salary: £18,000 - £22,500 depending on experience

Following equipment lists on our hire system, responsible for set, stage and audio visual preparation and ensuring all event equipment required is correct and prepared on time and to oversee the loading of vehicles.

Ensuring that all equipment is regularly tested and in good working order, any need for service or repair is identified and appropriately communicated to line manger.

Responsible for delivery, installation and collection of audiovisual equipment to company guidelines at off-site venues across the UK & Europe.

Assisting with preparation of items for hire and project work.
Supporting the dry-hire department through delivery of hire stock items to clients at specified locations. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout all working areas of the warehouse.
Work to improve systems and processes where appropriate.
Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicle fleet.
The AV support technician is expected to be flexible and carry out any other duties consistent with the job title that are reasonably assigned at any time.
