
Warehouse Technician & Driver
Salary: £18,000 - £20,500 depending on experience

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for following equipment lists from our systems, preparing staging and audio visual equipment and ensuring all equipment required is correct and prepared on time and to oversee the loading of vehicles for our clients events.
Ensuring that all equipment is regularly tested and in good working order, identifying anything that is required for maintenance or repair.
Responsible for delivery, installation and collection of audiovisual equipment to venues across the UK.
Setting up the equipment at the venues and assisting the client with their requests.
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout all working areas of the warehouse.
Work to improve systems and processes where appropriate.
Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicle fleet.
The technician is expected to be flexible and carry out any other duties consistent with the job title that are reasonably assigned at any time.
Typical working hours are 0830 - 1700 Monday - Friday but will require work at weekends and overtime when required to do so.
Option to progress through the company to work on amazing Live Events all across the country and worldwide.
Experience within the Theatre or Live Events industry isn't required but would be an advantage in this role.
Job requirements:
Customer service experience, within audio-visual or related service industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment while being able to think creatively and effectively solve problems.
High degree of commitment to service excellence.
UK driving licence.

Technical Project Manager
Salary: depending on experience

In this role, you will be responsible for:
As a Project Manager you will be working on Live Events and working closely with the Warehouse & Dry Hire Teams.
A main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer expectations and requirements are fulfilled.
Attending client Site Visits and helping visualise their ideas
Putting together commercially viable Quotes, Proposals and Tenders – also producing 3D Visuals & CAD Floor Plans
Operations and Systems Management
Management and planning of all technical and labour resources for your Events
Managing the overall Event Delivery
Upselling additional Services and Equipment for each event, stretching the client’s expectations for their event.
Develop relationships with all key Clients, Venue and Event Stakeholders
Ensuring Event margins are in line with business forecasts
Strong knowledge within Audio & Video Equipment Systems and Operation
Working within the UK & Internationally
Job requirements:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of project management. Event experience would be an advantage.
1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong Production Background
Strong Client relationship skills
Familiarity with budgets and cost control
Works well under pressure
Ability to manage multiple complex jobs within a fast-paced environment
MS Office experience required
Technical diagram knowledge / experience preferred CAD, WYSIWYG, Vectorworks
Ability to travel
UK driving licence
