Conferences and Events require different levels of support, so we can be involved as much or as little as you need. One of our experienced Production Managers can meet you at your venue and take you through the steps to creating your event.

Company Director Wayne Whitson started WCE-AV back in 2006 working from a small office in Herefordshire, through investment the business has grown rapidly and we now support our clients with large stocks of Professional Audio Visual, Lighting, Power & Rigging Equipment.

 

We operate out of our Offices next to Membury Services, Hungerford, Berkshire providing amazing access for servicing our clients throughout the UK, Europe & worldwide providing high quality solutions.  We are ideally situated just off the M4 at Membury Services between Junction 15 & 14, with great links into London and the rest of the country.

We supply everything from economic set and stage packages, to bespoke backdrops to meet your specific event requirement, be it a conference, exhibition or awards ceremony.

From initial sketches to 3D motion walk-throughs, we create designs that give you the opportunity to experience the event before the first attendee ever enters the room.  3D Renderings & CAD drawings.

We can provide you with a full event apps that takes care of your registration, logistics, voting, travel, venue 

location and room maps.  This can be used by the delegates handsets with custom made Apps to match

your companies brand or event logo.  Great to run your event and inform the guests attending.
